One of the benefits of being a UPMA member is a subscription to the UPMA Leader, which is part of the annual association dues. The magazine contains information important to every Postal Service employee in their current position and that will help them in their future endeavors.

Each issue offers wide-ranging articles, including columns from the UPMA co-presidents, vice presidents, postal area coordinators, National Office executive director and Government Relations director.
