2024 SCHOLARSHIP WINNERS

  Kathryn is the granddaughter of North Attleboro Postmaster Joseph Silvia. She is currently attending Wheaton College in Norton MA where she is studying towards her bachelor’s degree in film and news media. She has received High Honors, The Dale Dorman Radio Award and made the Dean’s list. Her activities include The Mayfellows Honor Society, Film Collective, Craft Club and she has an on-campus job at the Registrar office. She also is a receptionist and Ophthalmic Technician at Eyecare Eyewear.

  Andrew is the grandson of Retired Postmaster of Eastham Patricia Dillon. Andrew will graduate this year from Worcester Academy in Worcester MA. Andrew will be attending the University of Alabama where he will study Business with a minor in Economics. Andrew has been on the headmasters list for the four years of his high school career. Andrew was the football captain, he played varsity basketball, ran varsity Track and Field and played Varsity Lacrosse. He is on the Spirit committee. He is a school ambassador and participates in the yearbook club. Andrew has also coached middle school basketball team for Venerini academy and participates in Reading Across America.

  Samantha is the daughter of Westford Postmaster Jeffrey Reddington. Samantha will be graduating from Westford Academy in Westford MA. Samantha will be attending college at California Polytechnic State University where she will study Political Science. Samantha has received Academic Achievement High Honors. Samantha has participated in Girl’s soccer, Westford Academy Girls Basketball, where she was a captain, and Westford Track and field. Samantha also has participated in the Green Lions FC where she was a captain for 4 years and Safira Futsal Academy where she was a captain for 3 years.  Samantha is also doing an internship on campaign for Joyce Craig a New Hampshire governor candidate.

Declan is the son of Forestdale Postmaster Robert Norris; JR. Declan will be graduating from Falmouth High School in Falmouth MA. Declan will be attending college to study Business/Marketing. Declan has received the coaches award for JV Golf, he’s participated in the Cape and Islands League all-star Golf, he played Basketball and Varsity baseball where he received the Coaches Award. He has volunteered in the Falmouth Road Race First Congregational Church in Falmouth as a JR Deacon. He was a Physical education intern for East Falmouth Elementary School. And he is a member of the Sacconnesset Golf Club.
